What can I eat whole on the Master Cleanse?

Well, the short answer is nothing, no solids what so ever. And after the 10 days, you must start off with a day or 2 of just orange juice, and then vegetable soup, and finally some fresh fruits. This is to help your body slowly transition back to being able to accept solid foods. Once you are back into solids, do not splurge on junk food or unhealthy food you have been craving. This will do nothing but defeat the purpose of the master cleanse. Instead, start a healthy eating habit, and do regular exercise.
